Box of 10 custom dual taper narrow width sharp tip made from tungsten. The tip radius is 0.5 µm with 8 to 10° taper angle for maximum lifetime service. For use with Omniprobe AutoProbe™ 200 and 100 systems.
Custom narrow probe tips for the Omniprobe AutoProbe™ 100 and 200 systems. All Tungsten designed dual taper probe tip with a sharper tip radius of <0.5µm and a 8-10° taper angle.
Shank diameter is 0.508mm (0.020"). The reduced taper angle allows for extended needle life for those users who cut and reshape their needles in the FIB. Needle length is 34.036 mm (1.34").
